We collectively draw inspiration from all over the world, having cooked in so many types of restaurants and catering operations.
Mainly Latin and Mediterranean flavors or cooking techniques, we draw ideas, excitement, experiences, and recipes from all over this vast planet earth.
For full service catering we want to create a custom menu with you that we know we can execute well.
We have developed dishes we can take pride serving for you in but not afraid to try something new too.
We love to hear what you are craving, like and dislikes, even your backgrounds to help create a menu that suits your needs best.
Possible even host a tasting or bring one to you at your home.
For the event’s service we strive to get you everything you think you will need and be there to execute details with a smile. We hope to connect and accomodate as much as we can, knowing its the little interactions that can make folks come away feeling really pleased with the service.
We can help coordinate aIl the rental items you may need to complete your vision with our rental company partners or from in-house. We will figure out the what will work best for your event. Possibly even doing a quick walkthrough and floorplan too. We will hold the master/main timeline in the contract for service. Happy to help find or help work with the other vendors too.
